This Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

1. Identity and domicile of the controller

AREAS, a brand operated by Steve Sullivan, with headquarters in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, and contact email info@areas.realestate, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

For the purposes described in this Notice, we collect the following personal data that you provide to us directly when completing the contact form, by email, by WhatsApp, by phone, or by any other means:

  • Identification data: full name, company.
  • Contact information: email, phone, geographic location.
  • Project or real estate asset data: organization type, asset type, website, social media, Google Business profile, location.
  • Documents and files that you voluntarily share: plans, brochures, sales materials, property photos, technical specifications, or other relevant documents.
  • Data derived from site navigation: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies, as described in the Cookies section.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data such as bank account numbers or credit card numbers through this site.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship)

  • Attend to your request for real estate information, diagnosis, or audit.
  • Develop and deliver analysis, proposals, and plans based on the project or asset data you share.
  • Establish and maintain communication during project development.
  • Invoicing and tax compliance as applicable.

Secondary purposes Not necessary

  • Occasional communication about new services, analytical content, or Corridor Intelligence updates.
  • Internal statistical analysis to improve our services.

If you do not wish for your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may communicate this at any time by emailing info@areas.realestate. The refusal will not affect the attention to your main request.

4. Data Transfers

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. It may only be shared with:

  • Technology service providers (hosting, forms, email, storage) acting as data processors under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
  • AREA.click, sister brand, exclusively when you decide to execute the post-audit digital phase and expressly request coordination.
  • Competent authorities when required in compliance with the law.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke the consent you have granted us. To exercise them, send a request to the email info@areas.realestate including:

  • Full name and medium for response.
  • Copy of valid official ID.
  • Clear and precise description of the right you wish to exercise and the personal data to which the request relates.

You will receive a response within 20 business days of the request being received.

6. Cookies and similar technologies
